Jenkins played FBI agent Leyla Harrison in The X-Files, Diana in Shasta McNasty, and the character "Deirdre" in Desperate Housewives. Jenkins and fellow The X-Files cast member Annabeth Gish both appeared in the 2002 movie Buying the Cow as well as both appearing in The West Wing.
