This Is It is the theme song for One Day at a Time. It played for Season 1, Season 2, and Season 3 when the show aired on Netflix. For Season 4 on Pop TV, a much shorter version was played to make up for time loss. The singer is Gloria Estefan.

The Current Pop TV Title Card
The original One Day at a Time had the same song, but the ODAAT remake has much more Latin influence. The original version had the tune more in line with Sitcoms from the 1970s.
Since Pop TV, unlike Netflix, airs on a cable channel, episodes have to be 21-minutes long to fit the time frame, meaning the 50-second theme song has been edited down significantly and been given a revamp with a title card more suited to Pop TV's branding, and the extra seconds will be redistributed to the show itself.[1]
The original uncut song sung by Gloria Estefan showed a montage of various locations around Echo Park and pictures of the Alvarez family in Season 1-Season 3 when the show aired on Netflix. An instrumental version was used for the end credits.
